Army Corps of Engineers is absurd!

This is the funniest (and saddest) thing I’ve read from the federal gov’t in a long time – “The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said it’s simply not authorized to refill the ditches.” Link (story has been removed, maybe it will appear on wikileaks).
